At VOGZ, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely, wherever you are in Egypt 🇪🇬.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
2. Shipping Time & Fees
Inside Cairo & Giza: Delivery within 2–4 business days.
Other Governorates: Delivery within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees vary by location and will appear at checkout.
Free shipping may apply on certain promotions or order amounts.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package until it arrives.
4. Delays
Delivery times may be affected by external factors (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, bad weather).
We’ll do our best to keep you updated if any delay occurs.
5. Wrong Address / Missed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
VOGZ is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed courier attempts.
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out for you ASAP.
